Medium to light unfiltered rusty complexion. Slightly pongy nose of mushrooms and rasberries. Also cinnamon and prunes. In the mouth smooth acids and light tannins. I get a fair bit of barnyard terroir Medium length, with the tannins pushing forward at the end. The Pinot has a distinctive flavour, quite different to most other popular red varietals. Also lighter bodied.
