I'm tasting this wine with a cold, so it's not the best of conditions. Lovely strong acid, but not tart. Very minerally, with limes, lychee and a little melon. I really like the nose. It has a bright lively feel about it. Delicious. Of all the cheeses I have to complement it, a two week old dried out chunk of Gruyere is just top. Not creamy, but tangy and tasty.
