Clear medium yellow. Fresh & fruity. Pineapple. Lime leaves. Fresh crisp tastes of pineapple and melon. Not too sweet. Underripe. Good acidic backbone with quite long length. Bitter aftertaste. A nice fresh wine. Would work well with spicy food.
