Dark ruby red. Dusty, ripe dark fruit and roasted barrique. Toasty dark fruit, ripe and fresh. Medium tannins and acid. Will be better in a few years. I do like the strong fruitiness and tannins.

Alcohol: 14% Penin 85 70 year old vines. Kleines Weingut in N.E. Spain near the Atlantic coast. The ground is schiefer and sand. The wine has mineral notes, and of kleine rote Johannesbeeren. This was a very warm year in the region.
