Red Brown. Rich and Oily. Plum, Black Currant, Licorice. Wonderful complex aromas. Alcohol. Black Currant, Vanilla, good Tanins. Subdued fruits. Long, with a bitter note morphing into a juicy end. Super. Round and complex, with not too much fruit. A really nice Bordeaux.

Decanter Magazine: ‘Highly Recommended’

In the vineyard, large chalk stones retain the heat of Bordeaux summer afternoons which speed up the maturation process. This, combined with relatively high, but sensible extraction in the cellar results in a wine possessing a splendid, deep, dark, colour. Highly concentrated, ripe fruit, with balanced, elegant tannins. This is one to watch out for !
