Rust brown. Fine and elegant on the nose, with cedar, barik and red berries. The fruit is very subdued and dusty. Perhaps some basil. Very tangy but the fruit of soft plum and blackberry is fading away - sadly the wine is passed its prime. Also stock cube and worster sauce. The tanins and acids are well balanced and fine. The finish is bothered by a light sherry note.
