Very nice aromas. Rich and lush, with tobacco, ash, blackberries and a little anis. Very classic Aussie Cab Sav, but mellowed. In the mouth you can tell this wine has softened nicely. The tannins are gone and the acid is soft, but you can forgive that. Nice to drink, and it tastes just like it smells. Medium finish.
