This is another bottle that languished for years in my cellar, a forgotten gift. Now that I've started to explore the Pinot Noir grape I have rediscovered these now well aged little treasures. Transparent amber in color. It has become quite soft and mild, with typical flavours of stewed plum. Not much of a finish. Pleasant but simplistic.
