Clear lemon yellow. Spicy nose of goosberries and granny smith apples I think. Very earthy. Elegant and complex nose. Slightly sour and spritzy in the mouth, but smooth. There is a nice balance between green fruit and leafy vegetative aspects. Not overly long. I'm eating some spicy cheeses with this but it isn't right. What I need to do is race out and get some fish and fry it with a sweet chilli sauce.
