Clear dark red purple. Quite hot on the nose, ripe black cherries and quite a bit of perfumed oak monster. The first thing that hits you in the mouth are sour watery cherries. Very flat on tannins and the acid comes across as instable. Finish is sour and disappointing. If had a bit more body it would be drinkable.
