Michel is installed on one of the most splendid parcels of the Faugères region, in the south of France. On schistous hills, vines grow high enabling each leaf to soak up the sun which gives the precious tannins and aromas to each grape. The grapes then spend much time in the ‘cuves’ in order to recover the tannins, the colour and the complex aromas of a great wine. Barrels add more complexity to the Syrah and Mourvèdre grape varieties.
