First impression is of pepper. Then you are greeted by the typical warm super ripe black berries of an Aussie shiraz. Strong flavours of toasted blackness with an almost flowery touch. Medium bodied with puckery acids. Lacking in the tanin department. Finish is dominated by acid.

Deep garnet in colour. Intense aromas of blackberry and plum combine in a complex bouquet, which is full of pepper and spicy oak character. Sweet fruit dominates the full bodied palate that displays a spicy richness and a soft rich finish. The fruit for this wine was sourced from the premium grape growing region of the Limestone Coast in South Australia. The fruit was picked when fully ripe to maximise fruit flavours and colour.
