Medium to dark Red, clear texture. Quite closed. Soft cherry cream. Nicely ripened fruit, not too sweet. Good balance of fine grained tanins and mild acid. Medium length with toasted tang at the end. A nice wine for the price. Reminds me of the de Prete. It is a good everyday drinking wine.

Dark red with a slightly cloudy center. Mouldy barnyard. Spices and dark cherry. Slightly Oxidized. Still drinkable, but only just. The toasted tang is still there. short now. Past its prime I think, or perhaps it has begun to oxidise. Overall it is more subdued than the 2003.
