Deep red brown. Strong sherry & wood. Spicy elegant fruits. Age is apparent. Green, vegetive. Intense acid and strong tannins. Just ripe fruit fading a little. This wine is a little past it's peak, with sherry notes dominating. The tannins are still impressive. Spice dominates more than fruit. Nice, but not fantastic.
