Deep dark red brown. Rich spicy black berries with intense notes of licorice and wood. Quite bitter, the fruit isn't overly intense, but well balanced with tannins and acidicy. Perhaps the acidity is a little overbearing. Very good nose, with more depth than a lot of aussie shiraz. When looking for a wine with more body and less fruit this would be a good choice.
Dark red purple. The alcohol hangs in legs on the glass. Aromas of berries and chocolate. Intense tanins and a relatively long finish.
Dunkles rubinrot. Süß, schokoladig. Tanninreich, angenehm am Gaumen. Mittlerer Abgang. Ein guter Wein, macht Laune nach mehr. ★★
